Vision Systems are able to capture images of objects that are either static or moving. Images are then divided into square pixels that can be checked per sample or as grouped samples. Various sorts of software are available which can detect objects, text, colour, contrast or figures in the sampled pixels. Through this quality check, discrepancies can be detected within a fraction of seconds in the manufacturing process and may then be filtered.
